In the vineyards of the Loire Valley, 1 km from Denée, a village with the Petite Citée de Caractère label and close to the Loire and its châteaux, our gîte, a building that bears witness to times gone by, welcomes you for a break in nature and discovery.

Located 15 minutes from Angers, in a peaceful setting in the heart of the vineyards, this former farm building has been renovated and equipped to offer you peace, charm and comfort. Surface area: 171m² (on 2 levels)

On the ground floor, ENTIRELY ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY, a 160x200 bedroom is fitted with a shower room and toilet. There is also a kitchen in a large living room with a sitting room (90cm doorways giving free access to the two terraces). Upstairs, the gîte has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90cm), and a shower room with wc. Enclosed grounds of 500m2 (various baby equipment available on request).

Rental of premises for temporary residential use, excluding any activity relating to a village hall, professional, commercial or craft activity of any kind whatsoever.
