L'atelier des hirondelles is a highly personalised gîte, entirely decorated and furnished by Odile and Daniel, the owners. Their aim is to offer you an exceptional service. Charming detached stone house with a contemporary veranda terrace overlooking a wooded site not overlooked. WIFI throughout via Fibre.

If you're a fisherman, you'll love the 8-hectare private pond outside the property (70m), with confidential but not private access. You can fish for roach, carp, perch, pike and eel. Free fishing licence. The pond is a no-kill zone, with plenty of space for long casts. You can also use the boat to explore the water. A fishing hut is available, as well as an outdoor sink, barbecue, garden furniture and recliners.

If you're looking to get away with family or friends, the property is set in a magnificent wooded setting. It houses this gîte: l'Atelier des Hirondelles and a 2nd gîte: le Martin Pêcheur, H53G010581, for 3 people and the owners' house in grounds of 4,000 m2 enclosed by hedgerows. Each house is independent and has its own private terrace and fishing hut. Not overlooked. Ideal for nature lovers and anglers alike.

And Mont-Saint-Michel is just an hour and a half away by car!
