Holiday rental in a restored former mill, in the heart of nature. Set in 6,000m² of wooded parkland, Le Moulin de la Marcheboire lies on the edge of the GR3 hiking trail (Chemin de Grande Randonnée des bords de Loire).

Ideally located in the commune of Saint-Laurent-du-Mottay, between Angers, Nantes and Cholet, enjoy the peace and quiet of this accommodation for a relaxing break with family or friends.

With a capacity of 5 people, the gîte has two sleeping areas. The first bedroom, on the ground floor, has a 140cm bed and the second bedroom on the mezzanine also has a 140cm bed. A single bed completes the sleeping arrangements in the Moulin area. A cot is also available.
The more adventurous can climb to the top floor of the mill for a breathtaking view over the valley.
There is also a furnished lounge with TV, a dining room with wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen and a shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

A terrace completes this unusual place with deckchairs and a table to enjoy the view and the peace and quiet.
