A 20-minute walk from the town centre (10 minutes by bus), in a very quiet area, 10 minutes from the legendary Le Mans 24-hour race circuit, come and discover the medieval Plantagenet town with its Gallo-Roman walls. Very spacious and comfortable villa in a green setting. An unsecured natural swimming pool is available for you to cool off in.
Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and sitting room with ornamental fireplace and large flat-screen TV. 1 separate toilet and 1 large shower room with Italian shower. Upstairs: 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 2 single beds (90cm), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm). Bathroom with washbasin and bath with shower. Mezzanine with sports equipment (weight bench), sitting area with TV and 2-seater sofa bed (sleeps 2). Geothermal heating included. Additional tourist tax payable directly to the owner on departure. Boules pitch. Courtyard with garden furniture. Owner visits once a day to look after his animals (pheasants, sheep, chickens) in complete discretion....
