A calm and relaxing place, ideally situated between Angers and Cholet and not far from the Puy du Fou, come and enjoy the private heated swimming pool in the middle of the countryside, yet close to all amenities.

The gîte is a detached 125m² house next to the owners' house. It is situated on the edge of the forest and has a covered terrace where you can enjoy the view of the vegetation outside. The large, private, unenclosed lawn (1000m2) has play equipment for children.

The single-storey gîte is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It comprises a large living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with a sofa bed (160x200). A storeroom adjoins the kitchen. Three bedrooms are available: the Baie de Sureau bedroom (1 double bed (160cm)), a bathroom with walk-in shower and 1 WC, the Menthe Douce bedroom (2 single beds (90cm)) and the Badiane bedroom (1 double bed (160cm)), a bathroom (with bath) and WC.

On request, the owners can provide the following for your baby: a high chair, a cot, a toilet adapter and a potty.

Wine cellar, private car park and heated swimming pool available to guests. The price is all-inclusive (water, electricity, electric heating and access to the swimming pool).
