Gîte "Le Cormier"

Old farmhouse on one level, in a rustic setting for a stay in a very pleasant home, in the peace and quiet of the countryside!

Situated in the heart of the countryside, not far from the "Vallée du Loir à vélo" cycle route (4km), you can enjoy peaceful walks or cycle rides on the small surrounding roads and footpaths. The gîte's spacious living area and pleasant wooded garden are ideal for making your stay a success. The choice of relaxing or playing with the children will leave you with wonderful memories of your holiday.

This detached, single-storey, 79m² former 18th-century farmhouse opens onto a fitted kitchen, a living room with fireplace (not functional).

The sleeping area comprises 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1 with a 160x200cm bed and en-suite shower room,
- Bedroom 2 with two 90x190cm beds,
- Bedroom 3 with a 90x190cm bed. The bathroom has a shower and bath.

Garage, games room with table football.

The many possibilities for discovering our region through fabulous châteaux, numerous vineyards and sumptuous forests will make your stay the perfect opportunity to enjoy an experience rich in emotion: Château de Durtal, the aeronautics museum at Marcé, the workshops of ceramic craftsmen, the terracotta tile factory at Les Rairies and so many other sites await you. Anjou is a wonderful place to come! There are so many ways to get out and about in the heart of a pleasant, natural environment.
