Very spacious and very comfortable barn conversion (145m²) completed at the end of 2014, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 with wet room and Victorian bath). Set in an 18 acre non-working farm with horses. Close to Ingrandes Le Fresne-sur-Loire. 30km west of Angers in the Anjou wine region and 60km east of Nantes. Sleeps 9 people, including 8 adults.

Less than 10 mins drive from the Loire River, fishing, local shops and wine-tasting. Easy reach of many golf courses, chateaux, horse riding, the sea, many small restaurants offering excellent local cuisine at very reasonable prices and much more...

The ground floor has 1 bedroom with a king sized bed plus a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with 2 single beds. One of the single beds has an extra “draw” bed for a child. A cot and high chair are also available if required.

There is a large open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge (49m²) with lovely garden views, leading straight out on to the patio. The kitchen is well equipped including a dish washer, microwave and an espresso coffee maker. There is also a wood burner with heat distribution to the bedrooms.

There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

The garden backs on to a field with horses. It has a BBQ, tables & chairs, sun loungers and a swing chair. There are badminton, pétanque and footballs. Bikes can be hired locally.
On option : There is a hot tub with “massage jets” for up to 4 people - 35€ extra per week.

Possibility to rent with the use of either 2, 3 or 4 bedroom. Prices adjusted accordingly. Please ask for details.

Price includes bedding, towels, electricity, heating, wood for the wood burner, services and tourist tax.

Wi-fi, telephone and English or French tv.

No set changeover day. 2-3 days between lettings. The house thoroughly aired, cleaned and disinfected between lettings.

14-20 nights : 10% discount from the 2nd week
21 nights or more : 10% discount
