Restored former cowshed, set in the heart of the countryside with horses roaming the fields adjacent to the garden.

7 km from Ingrandes Le Fresne-sur-Loire, old stable restored and converted into a comfortable 142 m² house. 30 km west of Angers in the Anjou Bleu region and 60 km from Nantes, it is ideally situated in the heart of nature, surrounded by horses whose fields touch the garden. It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower.

The ground floor opens onto a large kitchen/dining/living room (49m²) with a lovely view of the garden and patio. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven/electric hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. A wood-burning stove stands in the middle of the living room where you can enjoy TV, DVD, Wifi and telephone. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. On the night side, there is a bedroom (16m2) with a 150cm bed and another bedroom (16m2) with two 90cm beds. The bathroom has an Italian shower and a bath. Separate WC. Wheelchair access available.

Upstairs, two further bedrooms, one (19m2) with a 140cm double bed and the other (17m2) with two 90cm beds. Plus: a pull-out bed for a child. A shower room with WC. A cot is also available.

In the private garden there is a barbecue, 2 tables and chairs, sun loungers and a swing sofa. Table tennis, badminton, pétanque, Mölkky and balls are also available.
For those who want to relax, an outdoor spa for 6-7 people with massaging jets is available (extra charge). Available from June to September.

Minimum stay 4 nights. Possibility of renting with use of 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms.
