Between Bagnoles de l'Orne, a renowned spa town, and Lassay-les-Châteaux, a small town full of character, the Champs étoilés gîte is exceptional for the warm atmosphere it creates thanks to a subtle combination of wood and stone, and new and renovated furniture. The bedding is comfortable and there are two bathrooms, one with a whirlpool bath. The stay includes beds made, bathroom and kitchen linen, heating and cleaning.
From JUNE 2025: a wellness area will be available with, on level 0, a heated, semi-underground swimming pool measuring 4m x 3m, a sauna and a spa, shower and wc. A fitness area will be located on the mezzanine floor.
In the valleys of hautes Mayenne the landscape is undulating, offering beautiful views.
Local shops in Couterne, 3km (bakery, butcher, mini-market).
Bagnoles de l'Orne (9km): spa, swimming pool, tree-lined course, restaurants, all shops and services.
La Ferté-Macé (14km): leisure centre with water sports and swimming in season.
Lassay-les-Châteaux (9km): visits to the château, numerous events and exhibitions, painters in the street, art galleries, market and shops. Swimming pool in summer. Numerous signposted walks.
From the gîte, 500 metres, Sentier du sculpteur, a short walk of 6.7km.

Professional stays: 3 people maximum.
1 or 2-night weekend breaks: arrival 5pm - departure 5pm.
For stays of 3 nights or more: arrival at 5pm - departure at 10am.
