Vinciane and Cyril PHILIPPE from l'échappée sarthoise welcome you to our gîte, situated at the entrance to our farm, which is unusual in terms of the different breeds of animal it contains, but also because of the way we rear them (our animals are not kept in buildings, so you won't be disturbed!). Isolated from our other buildings, our gîte offers a magnificent view over the rolling countryside and the Petite Charnie forest.

This large 270 m² house offers 7 beautiful, spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and toilet, including a PMR bedroom with its own shower room on the ground floor.
The ground floor features a large lounge with billiards table, flat-screen TV and fireplace. Large fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. PRM bedroom with 1 bed, en-suite shower room and toilet.
Upstairs, 6 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), en-suite shower room and toilet
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), en-suite shower room and toilet

An insulated, glazed 98m² pool house adjoining the house, with underfloor heating, will delight young and old alike!
You can go for a walk from the farm or stay and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
