Surrounded by a vast garden, this charming country house will be the ideal place to enjoy a stay with friends or family (up to 12 people).
This 150 m2 non-smoking detached house with all modern comforts is ideally located in the heart of a tourist region less than 10 minutes from the Puy du Fou, 5 minutes from the Poupet Festival, 1 hour from the Vendée coast and 15 minutes from the Château de Tiffauges.
Ground floor: :
- a large lounge/living room,
- a second lounge equipped with a pool table
- a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee machine, etc.)
- 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets (1 separate)
- a utility/laundry room
Upstairs, 3 large bedrooms.
Sleeping arrangements :
- bedroom 1: 2 double beds (140X200)
- bedroom 2: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200) and 1 single bed (90X190)
- bedroom 3: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200) and 1 cot
- living room : 1 sofa bed (130x190)
- 2nd living room: 2 single beds (90x190) + 1 sofa bed (130x190)
Blankets and pillows are provided.
Also available on site: high chair, cot and baby bath.

Outside, you can enjoy a large garden, without overlooking, large terraces, garden furniture and a barbecue.
Housework :
- 90 € payable on arrival
- if housework is not included, please bring 1 cheque for a €90 "housework deposit" on arrival, which will be returned to you on departure if the housework is OK.
Sheets and household linen optional.
Bedding :
- rental of disposable sheets: 5 € / kit (Kit consisting of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and pillowcases)
- blankets/duvets and pillows provided
Towel hire 5 € / person
Deposit: €400 (deposit cheque requested on arrival).
Arrival times are flexible (please contact us).
Basic essentials on arrival: toilet paper, bin liners, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper.
