The Gite de la Chouette is a semi-detached house, next to the owners' home in a peaceful, leafy setting halfway between Nantes and Clisson, just 800m from the Marais de Goulaine and Port du Montru. Private, enclosed garden (650m²) with patio. Lounge-diner with fireplace and open-plan kitchen. Bedroom 1: double bed. Bedroom 2: 2 small single beds (80cm). Shower room. WC. Additional facilities: WiFi, DVD player, radio/CD, 4 adult bikes, baby equipment. Price includes bed linen. Extra charges for electric heating, electricity, towels, firewood and local tourist tax. Small dogs and horses welcome on request (parking space for horse-box). Non-smoking gite.
