Large gîte with swimming pool in the heart of the Vendée.

A 2-star gîte with character, in the heart of the Vendée bocage, this superb gîte is designed for a peaceful, relaxing holiday with friends or family. Situated just 30 minutes from the beaches of St Gilles Croix de Vie and 45 minutes from the Puy du Fou, this renovated former barn is perfect for groups of 16 - 18 people maximum.

Opening onto a private, shady garden, the Gîte is composed as follows:

- A superb 50 m² kitchen for convivial moments.
- 2 master bedrooms of around 15 m², each with a 160 cm bed, one of which has its own shower room.
- 2 shower rooms + 2 separate WCs on the ground floor
- Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms with 1 x 90 cm bed + 1 x 140 cm bed in 2 of them, 2 x 90 cm bunk beds (sleeping 4) in the 3rd, 1 bunk bed + 1 x 140 cm bed (sleeping 4) in the last. There are also 2 bathrooms and 2 separate WCs.
With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, group living is very comfortable.

From late March to mid-November, you can take advantage of the covered swimming pool, heated to a minimum of 28°C. The high shelter stores the heat, which you'll appreciate at the start or end of the season. When the weather's fine, we deploy the cover so you can enjoy an outdoor pool. And, of course, in complete safety !!!!
The pool is for you alone, no-one else has access !!!!!!

Close to the Atlantic Ocean, St Gilles Croix de Vie's sunny, fine-sand beaches are just 1/2 an hour away.
There's no shortage of tourist attractions in the Vendée, and it's easy to make your choice by consulting our tourist information: heritage, history, culture, hiking, gastronomy, theme parks such as Puy du Fou, O'Gliss Park and Indian Forest...

A large family plancha awaits you on the terrace for a good time over grilled meats !!!!
We also have 2 cots and 2 high chairs available on request.

During your stay, we'll be on hand to answer any questions you may have, but we'll leave you in peace so that you can make the most of your stay. We can intervene quickly if necessary as we only live 5 Kms from "l'Oda", but we know the former owners who still live in the village!!! there will always be someone to help you! !!!

A cleaning charge of €150 is included for the entire estate.
You can hire a complete set of sheets for 15€/pers and towels for 10€/pers.

A deposit of €1,000 will be required on arrival and may be used to compensate for excessive damage or other faults or breakages that may be caused, as well as for noise nuisance.

We would also like to stress the importance of the pool rules concerning children: never leave them unsupervised in the pool!
