Charming stopover gîte overlooking the Erdre, 800 metres from the Vélodyssée cycle route

Our stopover gîte is ideally situated on the banks of the Erdre, the river that runs through the small town of Sucé sur Erdre.
La Régalante and the Vélodyssée are just a short pedal ride away.
Three shared bedrooms and two shower rooms offer a warm welcome.
The kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook your meals: microwave, oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer.
There's also a sitting area and a terrace overlooking the river.
Two kayaks or a canoe are available so you can explore every corner of the Erdre and discover the flora and fauna of the most beautiful river in France, as François I called it.
Bikes can be safely parked in the premises, with patches, pumps and tools at your disposal.
Pets not allowed.

There is free parking in the cul-de-sac, and professionals with equipment in their car can bring it into the enclosed courtyard (video-surveillance).
The centre of the town is within walking distance (10 minutes), where you'll find all the essential shops and a few restaurants.
The tram-train station (15 minutes' walk) takes you to the centre of Nantes in 27 minutes.
