Gîte "COEUR ROYAL"

Welcome to our Renaissance house, located in the charming village of Sainte-Suzanne, which has the Petite Cité de Caractère label and is listed as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France.

The house has three levels.
On the first level: a living room (with vinyl turntable, television with DVD player and access to Netflix), a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a storeroom with washing machine/dryer.
The 15th-century staircase leads upstairs to two bright bedrooms with queen-size beds and a bathroom with bath.
On the top level of the house is a large bedroom with three single beds and a fitted games area, as well as a bathroom with shower. There are toilets on all three levels.
A cot, high chair and changing pad are available on request.

Behind the house is a small courtyard with trees, garden furniture and a barbecue.

The house was completely renovated in 2022. It benefits from a fibre connection and is equipped with an internet box.

Traveller access:
There is a car park at the entrance to the village and a car park reserved for residents, 2 minutes' walk from the house.
Other comments

Regarding the rules of our house, we charge a €50 cleaning fee and we ask our guests to:
- empty the bins (kitchen, WC, bathroom) and put them in the bins at the entrance to the village
- empty and clean the fridge
- wash the dishes and empty the dishwasher
- put bed linen and towels in the ground floor laundry room
- make sure surfaces and floors are clean
We'll take care of the rest.

It is not possible to organise gatherings of people other than those initially planned, nor parties in the house.
