A large, renovated, detached house in a peaceful setting deep in the countryside, halfway between Nantes and the sea (approx. 30km). Large enclosed garden (500m²) with swings, petanque and 2 patios. Bikes to borrow (2 adults, 4 children). Private lake 500m (fishing possible). GR.FL: Large lounge-diner with wood-burning stove and open-plan kitchen. Bedroom 1: double bed. Shower room with WC. Utility room. UPSTAIRS: Bedroom 2: twin beds (or super king-size bed). Bedroom 3: 3 single beds (1 high sleeper). Bedroom 4: 2 single beds. Shower room. WC. Additional facilities: WiFi, stereo, CD player, DVD player, baby equipment. Extra charges for electric heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and firewood.
