La Maison Haute

Ideally located just 5 minutes from Sablé sur Sarthe and 40 minutes from the 24 Hours race circuit, the Maison Haute is designed as a large family home on 3 levels, for moments of conviviality and relaxation, and is fully equipped.

ATTENTION Gîte FORBIDDEN TO PARTIES WITH MUSIC OR NOISE. The Gîte de La Maison Haute is a calm and peaceful place and is not suitable for "disco" parties! BABYSITTING IN THE IMMEDIATE VICINITY

It sleeps up to 12 people. The large landscaped garden below the gîte, overlooking the Sarthe and Solesmes Abbey, is ideal for relaxing.

Ground floor: fitted kitchen, lounge with fireplace and flat-screen TV, separate dining room for family meals, utility room. 1 separate WC.

1st floor: 3 bedrooms:
1 master bedroom with dressing room and 2 beds 90x200 that can be converted into a bed 180.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm)
1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 that can be converted into 1 bed 180.
1 separate WC, 1 bathroom with double basins, a large corner bath and 1 Italian shower.

2nd floor: 2 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90x200
1 bedroom with 3 single beds 90x200
1 separate WC and 1 bathroom with double basins and 1 bath.

Equipment: Fridge/freezer, hob (6 gas rings), oven and microwave, dishwasher, washing machine - fireplace, crockery, household equipment, television, Internet access and Wifi.

Outside: several parking spaces in the small square in front of the gîte.
Gas central heating extra charge: €15 per day.
Compulsory cleaning charge: €100.

Supplement per animal per day: 10€.
