A laundry area adjoins the kitchen. Outside, you can enjoy the 1800m² fenced garden with its terrace (garden furniture, sun loungers, awning, barbecue) and its secure old wash-house (no fishing or swimming). Parking on the property. Housing in the town with the sounds of the countryside: chickens, roosters on the neighbouring property. Sheets provided. Wood provided.
