There is a private south-facing terrace on the Avenue du Phare side, as well as access to the pedestrian Esplanade for admiring the sea and its sunsets. A private passage shared between our other apartments gives you direct access to the beach. A shared common room is available to the occupants of our 4 rentals for access to the tumble dryer, ironing kit, board games and beach games. If you're bringing your bikes, we also have a dedicated room on the property.Here you are in the heart of the village of Fromentine, in north-western Vendée, with shops less than 100 m away, the market on Saturday mornings and the forest nearby for beautiful walks sheltered from the wind.Nearby: water sports, oyster farms, tennis courts, bowling green, children's playground, hiking trails, trail and Nordic walking routes, cycle paths (Vélodyssée, Vendée Vélo loops).At the gateway to the Vendée islands, leave your car in our car park and set off on an excursion to Ile d'Yeu, where the ferry terminal is just a few metres away, or cross the bridge to visit Ile de Noirmoutier.Please note that this accommodation does not have a sea view.
