A second part, at the other end of the house, has a bedroom with two 90cm beds, a second bedroom with two 90cm bunk beds and a 90cm bed, a shower room and a toilet. You'll love the space and brightness of the living room, with its bay window opening directly onto the large garden and terrace, complete with garden furniture and barbecue. Meals can also be taken in the courtyard. The house benefits from a very pleasant location: 1.1 km from the beach at La Clère, 1.3 km from the shops and the centre, yet is quiet as it is set back from the road at the end of a cul-de-sac.
