Situated at the tip of the coastline, between the Atlantic Ocean and Port La Vie, its location is ideal for accessing shops, markets, walks and activities on foot or by bike. All you need to do is walk to the beach in just 5 minutes!
To combine comfort, relaxation and pleasure, the A Tribord Les Balises gîte offers you: on the ground floor, accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM): a large living/dining room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a bedroom (160x190 bed), a shower room, a toilet, and a laundry area (washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes line).
Upstairs: a bedroom with shower room (160x190 bed) that can be separated into 2 80 x200 beds + possibility of an additional bed (90x 190), a bedroom with terrace overlooking the port, and shower room (160x190 bed) that can be separated into 2 80x200 beds, wc.
Garden: terraces, private spa, covered swimming pool heated from April to October (with independent access), outdoor shower, garden furniture, sun loungers, electric barbecue, bicycles for adults and children aged 6 to 10 (a follower for a child aged 3 to 5) and a baby seat can also be installed).
