A guest house in a bubble of greenery, on the western outskirts of Le Mans

Our guest house is situated in a peaceful spot surrounded by nature, set within 1.5 hectares of woodland. Just a short distance from the town, it is a relaxing place, perfect for unwinding. The terrace running alongside the house is like a balcony overlooking nature, with views of a stream, meadows and the wooded valley.
The ‘Jardin des oiseaux’ and ‘Soleil Levant’ rooms, renovated in 2023, are situated at garden level and are accessible without steps, being entirely separate from the rest of the house. The “La Vigie” room is on the first floor of the house, with its own private access via the terrace and a shared staircase.
The two ground-floor rooms can easily be converted into a shared space for a family or a group of friends.
The car park is right next to the entrance to the rooms, making it easy to unload luggage.
Each ground-floor room has its own entrance and private wooden terrace, as well as its own shower room and toilet.
The ‘La Vigie’ room has a private toilet on the landing and a shared shower room.
Meals (freshly prepared menus with a vegetarian option, or a tasting menu featuring AOC wines from the Sarthe region) are available at the table d’hôtes by prior booking (48 hours in advance).
Breakfast is served between 7.30 am and 9.30 am in the guest lounge or on the terrace in fine weather. The pastries are homemade, as are the jams, made with fruit from the orchard. Brunch can be served from 9.00 am to 11.30 am, subject to booking. For your day trips, a picnic basket can be prepared for you (to be ordered at least the day before).
Each room features a work area with a desk and Wi-Fi access or an RJ45 socket.
Bed linen, towels, soap, a hairdryer and a welcome tray are provided to make guests’ stay more comfortable. For families, a cot or an extra bed can be arranged in the room. A baby bath and a high chair are available.
A lounge is available for guests to relax in (board games, tourist information, books). For everyone’s comfort, we do not provide a television.
We do not accept pets, and the rooms are non-smoking.
For your car, there is a private parking space on the property.
For your motorbike or bicycle, we provide a locked garage.

In the lounge, the kitchenette – equipped with a fridge, a microwave and crockery – allows you to enjoy a quick lunch.

Our guest house is open all year round.
