In the heart of the medieval town of Montreuil-Bellay, Laurence and Patrick welcome you to one of the two charming independent rooms of the "Les Remparts" property: the outbuilding (blue) and the collegiate church (red).

At Les Remparts, you'll find two bedrooms with independent access, private shower room and garden area.
The 2 bedrooms share a kitchenette equipped with a fridge and microwave, so you can enjoy a snack on the spot. A very pleasant space!
You'll also have a kettle and a coffee maker to quench your thirst at any time. There's also a reading corner with a view over the garden.
A French billiards table and table football are also available for you to relax.

All in all, you can look forward to a very pleasant stay, with a very warm welcome and lots of attention from your hosts, Laurence and Patrick, who will also be happy to advise you on how to discover the town and the region.

The rooms are located on the Vélo Francette itinerary, on the "Vignobles et Vallée du Thouet" cycling route in the south of Saumur and on the GR36, and the property also has a gîte for 5 people.
Since the end of 2023, the owners, always committed to quality, have been awarded the "Hébergement Pêche" label. Fishing enthusiasts will find the right services and good advice at this address.
