On the heights of Le Mans, in a very quiet area just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of Le Mans or 3 tram stops, you will be staying on the first floor of a very pleasant, light and spacious house.
Our family welcomes you to our charming house, whether you're travelling for business, on holiday or as a couple.
Your personal space is on the first floor:
The Queen bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed (comfortable, quality bedding), a flat screen TV, a table that can be used as a desk, tea and coffee making facilities, a sitting area, cupboard and wardrobe.
The shower room, equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin and storage space, is adjoining and communicates with the bedroom.
Or the Safari room, with two 90x190cm beds, a desk, tea and coffee making facilities and a seating area.
The bathroom, with shower and bath, washbasin and storage space, is located next to the bedroom on the landing.

Accommodation
Our house is spacious and bright in a quiet area.
It has a family atmosphere.
We're from the Sarthe region of France and we're passionate about travelling, meeting new people and exchanging ideas. The house is decorated with souvenirs of our travels. In season, you can use the fireplace.
The house can accommodate hikers and cyclists, and there is covered parking for bikes.
