Les Ulmes is a village made up of several hamlets with a varied cultural heritage. This is where you'll find the charmingly restored 18th-century guest house with swimming pool, "Les Laurielles".

Each of the two guest rooms has its own entrance. They have their own shower room and toilet and are equipped with a television.
The Colibri room is located on the first floor of the building. It is an intimate room with a double bed (160*200) for 2 people. It is air-conditioned to ensure a peaceful night's sleep during the hottest periods of the summer.
The Toucan Room (also air-conditioned) is a 25 m² family room located on the ground floor. It has a king-size bed (160*200), a sitting area with a sofa bed (sleeps 2), an Italian-style shower room and a separate toilet, and will win you over with its freshness.

For your convenience, we have a fully-equipped shared kitchen (cooker, freezer, fridge, crockery, etc.).

Outside, children can enjoy the large garden with a play area featuring a table tennis table, a swing with slide, a goal and a badminton set. You can also take advantage of the heated, secure swimming pool (shared by the 2 guest rooms and the gîte).
Also worth knowing: a sauna session (for 2 people, also located on the property) can be arranged on site (extra charge).

And if you fancy a walk or a visit, there are many châteaux (Saumur, Montreuil-Bellay, Montsoreau, Brézé) just a few kilometres away, as well as the Cadre Noir, vineyards, troglodyte caves, and the Doué-la-Fontaine Biopark (6 km)... Hiking nearby, including an 11 km loop in the commune of Les Ulmes, 2 cycling loops just a few pedal strokes from the property, themselves linked to La Loire à Vélo and the Vélo Francette...
