This very spacious 30 m² room is located in a magnificent former Logis Seigneurial listed as a historic monument. Ideal for a stopover or a stay in the countryside.

The property is close to major roads and cycle routes (Vélobuissonnière), allowing you to explore the wealth of local nature and heritage between Angers and Saumur.

This 30 m² room includes :
-A double bed offering all the comforts you need for a good night's sleep
Shower area with walk-in shower
-Separate WC
-A lounge area with television where you can take a break.
Thanks to its dedicated space, you can have breakfast in your room.
The room also has a private outdoor area for breakfast and relaxation.
For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided at no extra charge.
