Charming mansion dating from 1855, between Angers and Nantes, at the gateway to the Nantes vineyards!

Situated on the banks of the Loire between Nantes and Angers, this 1855 manor house is just ten minutes from Ancenis. Throughout the year, the guest house will charm you with its seasonal decor and atmosphere, carefully designed by Eve and Anthony, the owners.

Our two bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house, a floor entirely dedicated to you.

* Chambre Marguerite (street side):
- 1 double bed 160×200
- 1 pull-out bed allowing the addition of two 90x190 beds (children aged 3 to 14)
- 1 private bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer, towels and hygiene products
- 1 lounge area with television, wifi, electric fireplace, kettle and mini-fridge

* Valentine room (garden side):
- 1 double bed 160×200
- 1 office area ideal for teleworking
- 1 private bathroom with bath, WC, hairdryer, towels and hygiene products
- Wifi, dressing room, kettle and mini-refrigerator

Breakfast, made with fresh home-grown produce, is served at your convenience in the dining room, in the garden or directly to your room between 7.30 and 10 a.m.

On the ground floor, an English-style lounge with a cabinet of curiosities and a grand piano is at your disposal. In winter, you can enjoy a roaring fire, and in summer, the peaceful garden is perfect for picnics and relaxing.
Enjoy a game of billiards on the first floor! The billiards room is open every day from 10am to 9.30pm.

Would you like to enjoy a delicious gourmet platter without worrying about leaving the guest room? Eve will prepare a platter of local charcuterie and cheeses, fresh bread and non-alcoholic beverages on reservation at €14.50/person.
For children, order "l'assiette des petits" (coquillettes au beurre / jambon blanc) for €5/child.

Situated between the vineyards of Nantes and the Loire Valley, the bed and breakfast is an ideal place to discover the banks of the Loire, the vineyards or try out the many activities and visits in the region.

On site, you can discover Natural'Parc, as well as the Boissière du Doré zoo 5 km away, the village of Champtoceaux and its magnificent panoramic views over the Loire 5 km away, and Ancenis and its Loire quays 10 km away.
Ancenis station is a short, easy hop to Nantes or Angers for a day out exploring the region. For cycling enthusiasts, the "Loire à Vélo" itinerary is just 6 km away.

Practical information:
- There is free public parking in front of the house.
- Cyclists are very welcome! A locked bicycle room is available free of charge.
- On request, your luggage will be left in your room and taken down for your departure.
- Baby equipment is available free of charge on request (cot with mattress, high chair, games, bath).
- Two charging points for electric cars are available in front of the house (public service charge).
