Presentation of: EGLISE SAINT NICOLAS - MAMERS

According to the region's archives, St Nicolas was one of the first buildings to be erected in the town, wich was founded at the beginning of the 13th century. It leans against one of the buttresses of the castle wich has since disappeared. Over the years, many changes have been made. We would like however, to bring your attention to the listed portal, framed with pillars. In the interior, several interesting works, such as a sculpted wooden panel "The flight into Egypt" dating 1768, and the painting "The virgin, child ans St Ann", a copy of Leonardo da Vinci works.
