Église du Sacré cœur
20th century church dedicated to the Sacred Heart
La Taillée, which became a commune in its own right in 1911, is still religiously attached to the parish of Vouillé-les-Marais.A house and adjoining land were purchased in 1952 to accommodate the faithful, and work began in 1953. The church was solemnly consecrated on 12 July 1953 by Bishop Cazaux and 35 priests.
