- At the Rochelles roundabout, cross the road to take Avenue Jacques Paris.
- At the children's playground, turn right onto the Chemin du Moulin des Rochelles and follow the signs for the Val de la Courance as far as the beach, where you turn right and take the stairs.
- At the top of the stairs, turn left and follow the coastal path to the junction with Rue Dumont d'Urville, which you will walk up to the starting point.
