Presentation of: RESTAURANT VENT DEBOUT - HOTEL LES HAUTES MERS

Facing the ocean, the Vent Debout restaurant enjoys a breathtaking view over the bay of Ker Châlon.
Open every day from 7.30am to 10.30pm, its cuisine is resolutely contemporary, generous, fresh and unique, with a focus on seafood and local producers.

Chef Nawal Rezagui, who trained with Michelin-starred chef Michel Marini at Domaine de Fontenille, is at the helm.
Her bistro-style cuisine, full of life and flowers, is based around seafood: fleshy Fromentine oysters, fine sea bass and sea bream, freshly caught lobsters and clams.
This is cooking for the moment, without artifice, respecting the right way of cooking and the scents of the sea, while reinventing the combination of iodised flavours.

The atmosphere is friendly and generous, with colourful tables and one of the most beautiful views on the island, facing the sea and just a few minutes' walk from the port.
