Located in Noirmoutier en l'île, just before the lock, facing the small lake, the NO is redefining the concept of catering by offering a world menu based on fabulous products - local oysters, Alaskan king crab, Ceviche, Patanegra ham, Italian Burrata, Vendée foie gras, truffled Foccacia, sushi, etc.
As for the bar, this is the place to go in Noirmoutier for cocktails and a wide range of spirits. An original, offbeat menu, featuring rare and unsuspected products. Rediscover the classics or venture into the signature cocktails, like the extraordinary Koh Pan Beach: Japanese gin, bergamot purée, ginger syrup, kaffir, galanga spices... For lovers of iodine, don't miss the oyster shots.
