Mélanie Sire, notre Chef, a fait ses armes chez Paul Bocuse en Floride et a ensuite travaillé à l’atelier l’Étoile 2* au Michelin à Paris chez Joël Robuchon.Il était temps pour nous de vous accueillir sous notre propre enseigne.
