L'atelier des pâtes is, as its name suggests, a restaurant where you can work with pasta in all its forms. Fresh pasta, lasagne, tagliatelle, fettuccini... But that's not all...
You'll also find savoury tarts, sweet tarts, cakes, biscuits and convivial dishes to share.
We're also taking an anti-gaspi approach, recovering ugly fruit and vegetables in collaboration with local, committed partners. Our distribution method will also be based on reusable containers for takeaways. And for those who push open the door of our establishment at lunchtime, they'll have the pleasure of eating from the same plate as at Mémé's.
But l'Atelier des Pâtes will also be a place of support and apprenticeship for people on the margins of employment. By working in our restaurant, we are proving that the skills of these people are real and that they can be transferred to another professional context.
