Passionate and meticulous, Arthur Guillermou wishes to share with you his vision of the Crêperie Curieuse, in a unique environment in La Bernerie-en-Retz After a CQP Crêpier and born with a rozell in hand, the Chef offers you an atypical cuisine where the galette will sublimate local and refined dishes. It also offers the more curious, the "Breizh Burger" made with buckwheat flour. The chef's main idea: to make the galette an aesthetic and tasty container for inventive, local and creative cuisine.
