A word from the chef: "We seek to reconcile tradition and creativity through a generous gastronomic cuisine that pays tribute to seasonal fruits and vegetables, subtle mixtures of spices that are sure to surprise your taste buds. The restaurant is open every day except Saturday lunch, Sunday evening and Monday all day. We welcome our guests from 12:15 pm to 1:30 pm for lunch and from 7:30 pm to 9:15 pm for dinner.
