Tonight, I'm living it, breathing it in. Sitting on the terrace of Le Petit Roblan, one of the privileged B&Bs built on the old marina quays, I gaze in delight and wonder at the last rays of the sun setting on the calm waters of the last great wild river. A feeling of absolute fulfilment, of unspeakable well-being... dare I confess it, of divine bliss. And this silence, this feeling of serene, sovereign peace, so rare in our modern age, filled with fury and noise... Night falls. It gradually creeps closer to the groves of the Ile Meslet. I now know that I'm in one of the rarest secret paradises in Brittany!
