SLOW YOGA

La Vague yoga brings you its winter rendezvous: Slow Yoga by candlelight, accompanied by song and a journey in sound.

Imagine an evening of cocooning, an intimate atmosphere and subdued lighting, under the sign of the gentle slow dance and yin yoga practised by candlelight.
Singing and sound relaxation will also be on the programme for this unique event.
A cosy jumper, soft socks and your favourite blanket are recommended.
We'll close the session with a hot Ayurvedic drink.
There's no age limit, there's plenty of room for beginners - all that counts is the desire to spend an enveloping moment alone or with others. Places are limited.
