Our bakery has been located in Bouère since June 2017, in the Mayenne department. It is quickly gaining a super-pleasant clientele with a taste for little novelties.

"During the winter of 2020, while leafing through a catalogue specialising in pastry moulds, I fell under the spell of a truly unusual original mould... perhaps an idea... When I received my 3 moulds, I decided to try them out on a financier base that I revisited and modified. And as the tests went on, recipe after recipe, I made a first round in the natural way, and delighted with the result, I offered them for sale in our bakeries with the sole conviction of pleasing myself with an original moist little cake".
