The Marais Poitevin Regional Nature Park, an exceptional area open to you!
France's second-largest wetland covers 100,000 hectares, divided into 3 main areas: the wet marsh, the dry marsh and the maritime marsh.It stretches across 3 départements: Vendée, Deux-Sèvres and Charente-Maritime.
Since 2010, part of the site has been awarded the Grand Site de France label.
There are many and varied ways to discover it:
from the traditional boat to the canoe, via cycling, thanks to its many, hiking, but also exceptional sites, such as the Abbeys of Maillezais, Nieul sur l'autise or St Michel en l'Herm...
