Well-being gîte in the countryside, between Le Mans and Rennes, south of the Coëvrons in Mayenne

Mazagran is a very comfortable, spacious gîte, decorated with care and delicacy. A spa area has been installed as an extension of the house.
Every door and window offers a view of the garden and countryside, and every time is an opportunity to see an oak jay, a turtle dove, a woodpecker, a squirrel or a rabbit... Birdsong plays in the soothing background.
The 3 bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people. The living room offers a lovely 39m² space with a dining table for up to 8 people, a sitting area in front of the fireplace with wood burner and comfortable sofas, flat-screen TV and board games.
The garden covers more than 1,000m², with shady areas under the trees, outdoor dining and relaxation furniture, charcoal barbecue and outdoor children's games.
Shops: Vaiges, 4.5km away (supermarket with wide opening hours, fuel, ATM, butcher, baker, restaurant).
Meal trays can be delivered to Le Menhir catering restaurant in Bazougers.
Activities, hikes, visits, must-sees: Saulges caves (prehistory museum, climbing, restaurant, hiking, swimming, heritage), Sainte-Suzanne, Laval (26km), Château-Gontier (35km) with its marina (bike and boat hire), Refuge de l'arche (wildlife park)...
Microlight base 2 minutes away, where you can take a tiltrotor flight.
Beauty salon, massages and treatments less than 1 km away at "Haras de rêve".
Walks starting from the gîte.
Indoor swimming pool and wellness area, swimming lessons and courses at Meslay-du-Maine, 12km (also with all amenities).

The owners will be able to guide you to make the most of your stay, whether it's for activities or discovering the many local producers (vegetables, wool, cheese, etc.).

Professional stays: 4 adults maximum (3 bedrooms and 4 beds). Compulsory cleaning 70€ for stays of 1 to 14 nights.
