Situated in the heart of the Regional Nature Park, Montreuil-Bellay is built around a medieval quarter with many historic monuments, including the castle, its ramparts and the river Le Thouet. Welcome to Gîte Le Flamboyant, situated in the heart of the town!

Martine and Franck warmly welcome you to "Le Flamboyant", their spacious, charming 140 m² gite, designed to be just what the owners dream of during their holidays: cosy decor with old-world charm and all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay.

The spacious bedrooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning.
The air-conditioned lounge with its games area (table football) is the perfect place to relax in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The gite is close to the shops and the most beautiful tourist sites in Anjou (Saumur 10 km away, Fontevraud 16 km away, Château de Brézé 8 km away, Doué en Anjou 12 km away, Center Parcs 13 km away...). Ideal for getting together with family or friends in a town rich in history, just a short walk from the gîte.

Martine and Franck invite you to make yourself at home in this comfortable triplex, which sleeps 8 (9 possible on request). The kitchen is fully equipped. Upstairs, you'll find a sleeping area with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 double beds (140 cm) and en suite shower room with WC, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm).

When you arrive, the beds will be ready for you at no extra charge.
The paintings on display in the gîte are the work of the owner and will add their charm and brightness to your stay. If you've fallen in love... some of them are for sale!
You can also relax in the outdoor area, with its garden furniture and barbecue.
