Day 1 : The call of the ocean
Morning: Pornic, a life-size playground
Discover Pornic on foot, following an open-air treasure hunt organized by Balukik. Dotted with winding paths and cobbled lanes, the streets of Pornic reveal their secrets: the remains of the fortified castle, the bustling fishing port and the Belle Époque villas.
Afternoon: All aboard for adventure
From Pornic's old port, climb aboard the traditional sailboat "Corsaires de Retz" for a family expedition in the Bay of Bourgneuf. Its costumed captain, Bruno, a passionate and atypical sailor, offers several options, from a few hours to a full-day excursion. Take advantage of this convivial outing to admire the coastal landscapes, islets and lighthouses that line the coast.
Day 2 : Between sky and sea
Morning: Pornic Aventure, the suspended forest
Enjoy the thrills and spills of the Pornic Aventure tree-climbing course. In the heart of a preserved natural environment, zip lines and monkey bridges await you for a unique experience between sky and sea. The more adventurous can even try their hand at Tarzan jumping or the giant zip line!
Afternoon: The "sentier des douaniers", a cross-country trail
Follow the customs path along the coast, offering breathtaking panoramas. Between sandy beaches, small coves and fisheries, the landscapes follow one another and invite you to daydream. It's as much a feast for the eyes to the north as to the south of Pornic, where it's easy and unforgettable to walk towards Fontaine-aux-Bretons, if only for the panoramic views.
Day 3 : Nature in its purest form
Morning: The bird observatory, a haven of peace
In the Breton marshes of Moutiers-en-Retz, many birds come to rest. Come and observe them from the bird observatory, a wooden hut ideal for birdwatching. You'll be able to admire beautiful species of ducks, terns, white stilts, avocets, kingfishers and many more.
Afternoon: Port du Collet, a gourmet stopover
Take a detour to the Port du Collet in Les Moutiers-en-Retz before leaving with oysters and other seafood. Admire the view of Bourgneuf Bay, Noirmoutier Island and the Breton marshes, as you savor the delights of the sea.
