Lace up your sneakers and set off on the trail circuit of the Sainte-Suzanne foothills. Over 9 km, this green trail takes you on a journey of discovery through rolling countryside and exceptional views over the medieval town of Sainte-Suzanne. The more adventurous can even test their VMA in a technical workshop.
Ethological afternoon: horseback ride at Pierre Jumelles and electric scooter at Bois du Tay
After a well-deserved lunch, head to the Domaine des Pierre Jumelles for an ethological horse ride. Accompanied by a passionate guide, you'll learn to communicate with these sensitive animals and let their instincts guide you. A unique experience in harmony with living beings.
To round off this emotionally-charged first day, head to the Bois du Tay in Hambers for a ride on an electric scooter. You'll be amazed at how easy it is to handle these silent machines, which allow you to follow the forest trails as they are signposted. A more contemplative alternative is to stroll through the Bois du Tay arboretum, which is freely accessible.
Evening: Relaxation and well-being

Day 2 : Sainte-Suzanne, the medieval city of a thousand treasures
Trail morning: On the Cham' or Diabolique side
Put on your trail shoes again and set off on the blue or red circuits starting from Sainte-Suzanne. Du côté de Cham' (12.8 km) takes you through the bucolic landscapes of the Coëvrons, while the Diabolique (18.5 km) offers technical sections and breathtaking panoramas for the more experienced runners.
Gourmet afternoon: Sainte-Suzanne's boutiques
After the effort, it's time for comfort! Stroll through the cobbled streets of Sainte-Suzanne, Petite Cité de Caractère®, and let yourself be tempted by the sweets of Chocolaterie BIM or the handmade soaps of Savonnerie senteurs et charme d'antan. For this final day, we head for Saulges, Petite Cité de Caractère®, for a trail circuit in the midst of unspoilt nature. Lovers of bucolic landscapes will opt for the blue "Au milieu coule une rivière" trail (14.4 km), while history buffs can try their hand at the red "R'Préhistorique" trail (9.2 km), which winds around the Saulges caves.
Picnic lunch: On the site of the caves
Take advantage of fine weather to enjoy lunch on the grass at the heart of the Saulges caves. This magical site, steeped in history, offers an idyllic setting for a picnic in the heart of nature.
Cultural afternoon: Saulges caves and prehistory museum
