Take the road to Fougerolles-du-Plessis to visit the Château de Goué (reservation required) and stop off in the village to taste the famous puff pastry brioche from the "À la brioche feuilletée" bakery. A treat for the taste buds.

Afternoon: Hiking and natural heritage at Saint-Mars-sur-la-Futaie

Don't miss the hike starting from Saint-Mars-sur-la-Futaie. This easy 9 km loop (2h15) will take you to meet an exceptional tree, a 1,700-year-old hawthorn. A unique experience, combining nature and heritage, that will leave you with lasting memories.
On the way back, recharge your batteries at the village's Aubépine grocery store.
