Ahmed Madani returned to Cap Nort in 2022 with his show Incandescences, for which he asked young actors about their desire to make theatre. They tell the story of their journeys, their sensibilities, the desires and serendipities, the pains and joys that brought them to the stage, in a truly collective energy. The show questions the need for art in our lives, and the way in which our cultural and family environment makes it easier or harder to access. It's a show that's generous, profound, uplifting and moving.
