For long, effortless walks: Regenerating Walking meets our vital need to move and breathe.

This walk, which highlights the principles of Breath Work, is suitable for everyone: sedentary people, walkers, joggers and sportspeople of all levels.

Through role-playing exercises, you'll (re)discover the art of breathing efficiently, and the many subtleties of breathing that you can play with: boost your health, your daily life, your sleep, your physical performance, etc., but above all do yourself some good by practising.

Based on nasal breathing, rhythmic and synchronised, inspired by the Afghan March, it adapts to the terrain, distance and intensity.
