A bouncy physical activity, really fun!
Imagine a pair of rollerblades, with an "elastic arch" under the soles of the feet instead of wheels, which eliminates over 85% of impacts.
The interval session alternates between: walking, muscle strengthening, cardio-respiratory exercises, kick and punch, fitness, running, etc.
Not only will you have fun, but you'll also be working your muscles, sheathing, respiratory system and cardiovascular system intensively.

This physical activity is suitable for "almost" everyone: shoe sizes 36 to 44.5 (bouncy shoes supplied), weight from 40 to 110kg.
Prices :
- 0h30 session = €12.
- Session of 0h45 = 16€.
- 1 hour session = €20.
Reservations must be made by telephone.
