Prepare a reconstituted Breton shortbread with an irresistible buttery flavour, make an exotic vanilla-flavoured confit, then create a light and creamy vanilla ganache. The whole thing is sublimated by a shiny, tangy passionfruit glaze. A refined, modern and perfectly balanced dessert.
