Water parks for endless fun!

O’Gliss Park (Moutiers-les-Mauxfaits) -The mega-slide complex

This amazing 6-hectare complex, which opened in 2016 to the south of La Roche-sur-Yon, is no less than the third largest water park in France. It offers a multitude of facilities grouped around five hubs, such as Délir'Space and its 12 slides, some of which aren't for the faint-hearted... Exploral'O, meanwhile, has 4 river rapids for all ages, and little ones will love the Ludo'Park with its Aquatower, its water jet area and its pirate ship. At Sunset'Playa, visitors can bask under the palm trees by the wave pool, while the exotic Île d'O'Cayo, opened in 2017, has beaches, a lagoon, a thermal area and private-hire spas, and even a bar with a foam pool and a DJ!

Atlantic Toboggan (Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez) -An unmissable amusement site

Families can enjoy a multitude of activities at this well-known park on the Vendée coast. These include slides with fun-sounding names (the Boa, the Black Hole, the Kamikaz, the Space Boat and the Turbolance), a river that visitors ride along on a float, or a 1,500-m2 wave pool. More relaxing options include the pedalo swans, on which holidaymakers calmly glide across a lake, while the Espace Forme offers a moment of well-being. Kids can frolic among the water jets and play equipment on the Dedalo Kids circuit, before enjoying the slides made specially for their age group in the Patau'Kids zone.

Océanile (Noirmoutier)-Thrills for all the family

Tucked away on the charming island of Noirmoutier, often called the "pearl of the Vendée", the Océanile park offers a fantastic range of attractions around its 28°C pools. On the Tube, visitors climb onto a bobsleigh-style float to glide through a water tunnel equipped with visual effects, while the Raft offers a 140-metre descent as a more easy-going option! Don't miss the Torrent and its zig-zags, the wave pool, the Pentaglisse and its side-by-side lanes, and the two slides. Then relax on the lazy river, the whirlpool baths and the jacuzzi. The site also features a covered pool and a paddling pool for kids.
