Come from a strict selection, and a recipe handing down between father and son since 1793, the Trousseminette will transport you in the heart of Vendée, where food pleasure and art of living make this country an exceptional land.

The red and white Trousseminette are distancing themselves by their quality and the authencity of their components : ... in majority, black thorns collected by hand, some wines from Vendée, mainly from Brem-sur-Mer ( Cabernet franc and Cabernet-Sauvignon : for the red Trousseminette and Chemin for the white Trousseminette ), a brandy of wine made locally from wine dregs of these same wines, sugar and few secret components in the magic pot complete harmoniously the mix and make the difference.
